Mooyah

MOOYAH is an award-winning, fast-casual, “Better Burger” concept born in Texas in 2007. With more than 100 locations, Mooyah is on the mission to deliver the best burger, fry, & shake experience, create a great place for families to hang out together, and give back to the communities they serve all across the US- all while having FUN! They was ranked on the Fast Casual’s Top 100 Movers & Shakers list for more than 10 consecutive years.

We have been collaborating with Mooyah since 2018. They hired Livit to help them to design and create the perfect guest experience and an updated design that matches the brand’s soul and target.

One of the main goals was the consolidation of the restaurant design in line with a well-thought guest experience that enables enjoy their delicious food everywhere and in a convenient way.

To achieve these objectives, we analyzed the brand, refined the brand positioning to make it stronger, designed the experience step by step, mapped out a zoning strategy that provides flexibility for the different party sizes and then, create a feasible FoH and BoH. Finally we defined the concept design with the ideal look & feel as well as all the fit-out definitions to create the updated & fun design we were looking for along with all the technical drawings needed to make it real.

Currently, we continue to work closely with Mooyah, supporting them in the design of all the remodels and new restaurants with a CDT service (Central Design Team) to ensure design consistency across all the Mooyah locations.
