Costa Vida was born around the idea of making their guests to have a break and escape to the beach, but no any place, but Cabo beaches, with all its nature, essence, singularity and beauty.
After years operating and offering an incredible and fresh food offer, they decided that a stronger connection to their origins was needed, along with a greater consistency and brand essence. That would make Cost Vida move forward towards a future where the Guest Experience would be the core of all.
Highlighting its uniqueness, while showcasing how they do things (fresh and from scratch), was a key component for the process, creating not only a design that would respond to the audience motivations and drivers, but also a consistent touchpoint strategy that would enhance the overall experience. A complete package that included music, scent strategy, staff appearance, packing, greenery concept, merch etc. That needed to be aligned with the brand identity.
Scalability and standardization were some of the main goals when facing the project, and the result was a dynamic and flexible design that would make the guests get back to the essence of life and truly enjoy an “Escape to Cabo”.
