Wing Zone was one of the many brands that after some years operating under a steady operational model, decided to make a big turn towards a different direction.

The process was quite challenging with a lot of understanding of the current brand and the new business model that the new Leadership Team wanted to give to the Brand.
From operations to branding and design of the prototype store, this would be a complete package, fully developed by our Guest Experience experts.

One of the key goals of the process was to make Wing Zone an “off-premise” focused brand with an important part of the sales coming through offline channels. At the same time, this would affect the physical asset that needed to respond to this way of consuming, as well as the in-store experience, and Brand touchpoints which were developed as part of the whole process.

Consequently, the footprint of the brick and mortar units was reduced considerably, being able to create a design that was easily adaptable to the aggressive Real Estate situation that we face nowadays, while creating a scalable model based on low initial investments and a quick ROI.

Last but not least, one of our missions was to tie all these actions together and create brand awareness among our existing and new customers, connecting their lifestyles with our new concept. Guests and their experience as the core of the design, making sure that Livit delivers a great quality concept meeting the highest expectations and most importantly, making Wing Zone “Be on the top”.
