Speed of Change: The Key To Success

In this short 10 minute interview, KAM Media’s Katy Moses  talks to Livit Design’s Benjamin Calleja.  Covid is a phenomenal opportunity to change and Ben  highlights that success is all about the speed of change. He predicts that labour will change forever – from the traditional model where people have specific roles to ‘everyone doing everything.’


Operators will need to look at creating a more efficient model with less labour and more cross training. He suggests that we have a once in a lifetime opportunity to not go back to where we were before.
